Congratulations on a great decision - We're very glad to hear it. So to set you up send us the URL of your best price or just send us your desired specification and we'll give you our current best price. Once you agree to the price, we'll collect your credit card payment details and then provision your new server overnight - it's best to allow one Australian business day for provisioning.
Please accept our apologies for not yet having available our automatic provisioning and billing systems - as we grow these deficiencies will be addressed.
Please also remember that if you are not satisfied or do not wish to continue then you have 30 days to cancel your service with no questions asked. Your credit card will not be charged in any way during those first 30 days.
On the 31st day you will be charged for 2 months worth of hosting: 1 in arrears for the last month, and 1 in advance for the coming month. Every month from then on you will be charged for 1 month in advance. This charge willl continue until you cancel your subscription.
As new customers come on board and quote better prices than your starting price, your monthly charge will reduce in step with the better prices. However, if industry prices go up, the new higher prices only apply to the new customers and not to you.
This means that your hosting charge can only ever decrease - we will never raise it from your starting price!
